Factoring versus forfaiting

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma faktoring versus forfaiting je rozdělena do tří hlavních kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá teoretickým vymezením faktoringu a forfaitingu. Obě tyto alternativní formy financování jsou v této kapitole podrobně popsány. Jsou zde uvedeny definice, druhy faktoringu a forfaitingu, jejich průběh, výhody a nevýhody, cena a předmět odkupu. Druhá kapitola se zabývá faktoringem a forfaitingem v České republice. Popisuje se zde jaké zákony dané formy financování upravují a jak vypadá trh s danými produkty. Rovněž tato kapitola obsahuje stručný popis pojištění pohledávek a trh s daným pojištěním v České republice. Poslední kapitola se zabývá faktoringem a forfaitingem v Raiffeisenbank a srovnáním daných produktů, v jakých oblastech se dané produkty shodují a v jakých rozchází.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the theme of factoring versus forfeiting. It is divided into three main chapters. The first chapter focuses on the theoretical definition of factoring and forfeiting. Both of these alternative forms of financing are described in detail here. Besides the definitions, the chapter introduces different types of factoring and forfeiting, their development, advantages and disadvantages, as well as the price and object of a purchase. The second chapter deals with factoring and forfeiting in the Czech Republic. It also describes the laws which deal with these forms of financing. It further describes how the market for these products looks like. The chapter also includes a brief description of an insurance of receivables and the market of this insurance in the Czech Republic. The third and last chapter focuses on factoring and forfeiting in Raiffeisenbank and a comparison of these products. The comparison shows the similarities and differences of these financial products.
