Abstract:

Hlavním předmětem bakalářské práce „Podnikatelský plán cestovní kanceláře“ je tvorba podnikatelského plánu pro založení cestovní kanceláře zaměřené na výjezdové zájezdy pro vietnamskou komunitu žijící v České republice. V teoretické části práce jsou popsána základní teoretická východiska, struktury podnikatelského plánu a základní pojmy v oblasti cestovního ruchu. Následuje část analytická, která se zabývá analýzou tržního segmentu. Konkrétně v primárním výzkumu je dotazníkové šetření, analyzující spotřebitelské preference. Sekundární výzkum se zabývá konkurenčním prostředí v segmentu. V praktické části práce je prezentován kompletní návrh podnikatelského plánu. Jeho úvodní část obsahuje stručný popis základních informací a také strukturu budoucí cestovní kanceláře. Další část podnikatelského plánu probírá vize budoucího podniku a jeho strategické cíle. Následuje marketingový a finanční plán. Poslední část podnikatelského plánu popisuje možná rizika a doporučené opatření. Závěrem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení celého podnikatelského plánu a finální rozhodnutí, zda je plán životaschopný.

Abstract:

The main subject of the bachelor thesis "Business plan of a travel agency" is a business plan for the establishment of a travel agency focused on Vietnamese community living in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part describes the basic theoretical background, the structure of the business plan and basic concepts in the field of tourism. Following is the analytical part, which deals with the analysis of the market segment. Specifically, in the primary research is a survey that analyses consumer preferences. Secondary research deals with the competitive environment in the segment. The practical part of the thesis presents a complete proposal for a business plan. The introductory part of the business plan contains a brief description of the basic information and also the structure of the future travel agency. Next part of the business plan discusses the vision and strategic goals of the future company. Follow part is marketing and financial plan. The last part of the business plan describes possible risks and recommendations of risk measures. The conclusion of the thesis is the total summary of the business plan and the final decision of whether the plan is viable.
