The Project of Establishing a Private Radiodiagnostic Facility

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zřízením soukromého radiodiagnostického zařízení (ambulance). Cílem práce je navrhnout projekt a určit kroky potřebné při zřizování nové ambulance a jejího uvedení do provozu. Pro zpracování práce byly využity poznatky z oblasti podnikání, zdravotnictví, marketingu, založení zdravotnického zařízení a radiodiagnostiky, které byly zpracovány v teoretické části práce s využitím odborné literatury. V praktické analytické části byly provedeny analýzy prostředí radiodiagnostické ambulance, které byly následně vyhodnoceny a využity pro projektovou část práce. V závěrečné části práce vznikl konkrétní projekt radiodiagnostické ambulance, který byl podroben finanční, časové a rizikové analýze.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the establishment of a private radiodiagnostic facility (clinic). The aim of the work is to design a project and determine essential steps to set up a new clinic and its commissioning. The thesis contains topics concerning business, healthcare, marketing and the establishment of medical facilities and radiodiagnostics. Those topics were processed in the theoretical part of the work with the help of specialised literature. The second practical part contains environmental analyses of the radiodiagnostic outpatient clinic which were subsequently evaluated and used for this part of the work. In the final part of the diploma thesis, a specific project of the radiodiagnostic clinic was created, which is focused on financial, time and risk analysis.
