Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vzájemnými hospitacemi v mateřských školách. Cílem bylo zjistit, jakou zpětnou vazbu přináší vzájemné hospitace učitelům mateřských škol. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá zejména vymezením pojmů hospitace a sebereflexe, jejich zpětnou vazbou a s ní spojený profesní růst učitele. This bachelor thesis deals with mutual observation between teachers in kindergartens. The aim was to find out what kind od feedback can mutual observation bring to kindergarten teachers.
