Bakalářská práce shrnuje poznatky o epigenetických modifikacích, především methylaci DNA. Dále zde byly popsány inhibitory methylace DNA, jako jsou azacytidin, zebularin či dihydroxypropyl adenin. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis summarizes knowledge about epigenetic modifications, especially methylation of DNA. Furthermore there were described DNA methylation inhibitors e.g., azacytidine, zebularine or dihydroxypropyl adenine.
