Abstract:
Práce se týká řízení o pozůstalosti se zaměřením na novou úpravu Občanského zákoníku, která je účinná od 1. 1. 2014. V návaznosti na výklad dědického práva a řízení o pozůstalosti je v práci analýza judikatur Nejvyššího soudu, která korespondují s právní úpravou Občanského zákoníku zákona č. 89/2012 Sb.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with inheritance proceedings with a focus on the new Civil Code, which is effective from 1 January 2014. In connection with the interpretation of inheritance law and inheritance proceedings, the thesis analyses the case law of the Supreme Court, which corresponds to the legal regulation of the Civil Code of Act No. 89/2012 Coll.
