This Bachelor Thesis deals with the inner politics of two organisations, one of which sits in the Czech Republic and the other in Bavaria. This Thesis should introduce the issue of logistics and transport to the reader, in which both organisations operate. Afterwards an internal layout should be presented. Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá politikou dvou organizací, jedné v České Republice a jedné v Bavorsku. Práce by měla čtenáři přiblížit problematiku logistiky a transportu, ve které se obě firmy pohybují a posléze představit vnitřní rozložení. Podle zjištěných aspektů má práce na konci navrhnout oběma organizacím možná vylepšení struktury za účelem zvýšení produktivity.
