Abstract:

Diplomová práce s názvem „Daňové a účetní aspekty transformace právní formy podnikání“ se zabývá určením vhodného způsobu přechodu z podnikání osoby samostatně výdělečně činné na některou z forem právnické osoby. První část práce se věnuje problematice současné právní úpravy v oblasti právních forem podnikání. V praktické části jsou získané teoretické poznatky aplikovány na případ konkrétní podnikající fyzické osoby. Je určen vhodný způsob transformace tohoto podnikatelského subjektu a na závěr dojde také k posouzení dopadů změny právní formy z finančního i nefinančního hlediska.

Abstract:

The thesis titled „Accounting and Tax Aspects of Legal Form Transformation“ focuses on determining the appropriate way of transitioning the business of a self-employed person to a form of legal entity. The first part of the thesis presents an overview of the current legislation in the field of legal forms of business. In the practical part, the theoretical knowledge is applied to the case of a specific entrepreneur. The appropriate way of transition of this business entity is determined and in the final part, the effects of the transformation are assessed from both financial and non-financial perspective.
