Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce bylo posouzení vyspělosti projektového managementu ve výrobním podniku za účelem zlepšení práce s projekty a řízení projektů. Základem bylo vybrání vhodného modelu pro posouzení zralosti. V teoretické části práce byly popsány jednotlivé modely a z nich poté vybrán ten nejvhodnější. Abstract:
The aim of this master thesis was to assess the maturity of project management in the production company in order to improve work with projects and project management. The basis was to select a suitable model for assessing maturity. In the theoretical part of the thesis were described individual models and then the most suitable one was selected.
