Physical activity as a Physiological Need for Child

Abstract:

Diplomová práce pojednává o motivaci a aktivizaci dítěte k pohybové aktivitě ve vztahu k jeho potřebám. Teoretická část je zaměřena na aktivní pohyb, na možné formy motivace a aktivizace žáka k pohybu. Dále jsou v teoretické části ukázky možných motivačních a aktivizačních výukových metod. V závěru teoretické části se práce zabývá charakteristikou lidských potřeb a jejich využití při rozvíjení motivace. Výzkumná část je zaměřena na žákovu potřebu pohybové aktivity. Metoda dotazníku zkoumá sílu potřeby pohybu, druhy potřeby, k čemu se potřeba pohybu vztahuje a kdo má na potřebu aktivního pohybu největší vliv. Dále jsou zpracovány jednotlivé statistické charakteristiky odpovědí a jsou porovnány vztahy mezi jednotlivými odpověďmi. Na základě výzkumu lze usuzovat, že žáci silně vnímají pohyb jako svoji fyziologickou potřebu a ve většině případů ji naplňují.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis discusses the motivation and activation of the child to physical activity in relation to its needs. The theoretical part focuses on active movement, the possible forms of motivation and activation to the students movement. Furthermore, the theoretical demonstration of the potential of motivating and activating teaching methods. In conclusion, the theoretical part of this work deals with the characteristics of human needs and their use in developing motivation. The research part is focused on the need to move the student activity. Questionnaire method examines the power of mobility requirements, types of needs, what the need to move and who has covered the need for active movement of the greatest impact. Further statistical processing of individual characteristics and responses are compared to relationships between different answers. Based on research suggesting pupils strongly perceive the move as their physiological needs and in most cases, it came true.
