Impedance Measurement and Quality Verification in PCB Production with ACS Integration

Abstract:

Cílem práce je navrhnout a realizovat systém měření impedancí a ověřování kvality produktů ve výrobě desek plošných spojů s co nejvyšší mírou automatizace. Teoretická část práce přiblíží problematiku identifikace pomocí 2D kódů, měření impedancí, nedestruktivních metod ověřování kvality desek plošných spojů. Součástí práce je také návrh designu testovacích kupónů a softwaru pro jejich generování. Součástí systému ověřování kvality bude i možnost ochrany reportů proti pozdějším dodatečným úpravám s integrací přístupového systému kvůli jednoznačné identifikaci osob, provádějících kontrolní měření.

Abstract:

The aim of the work is to design and implement a system for measuring impedances and verifying the quality of products in the production of printed circuit boards with the highest possible degree of automation. The theoretical part of the work will approach the issue of identification using 2D codes, impedance measurement, non-destructive methods of verifying the quality of printed circuit boards. Part of the work is also the design of test coupons and software for their generation. The quality verification system will also include the possibility of protecting the reports against later additional modifications with the integration of the access system due to the identification of the persons performing the control measurements.
