In this thesis I explore the connection between documentary theater and its possibleinfluence on various communities, focusing on the former Yugoslavian region thattends to use theater as a tool for facing its turbulent past. V této diplomové práci zkoumám souvislost mezi dokumentárním divadlem a jehomožným vlivem na různé komunity, se zaměřením na bývalý Jugoslávský region,který tenduje k tomu pracovat s divadlem jakožto s nástrojem pro vyrovnávání ses náročnou minulostí.
