Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice skladování náhradních dílů a procesů ve skladu. Budou analyzovány aktuální postupy procesů, které ve skladu probíhají a bude navrženo opatření pro zefektivnění těchto procesů. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část se věnuje teoretickému rozboru témat logistika, logistického systému, zásob, skladování a informačních technologií. Teoretická část je uzavřena kapitolou metodika práce, ve které jsou rozebrány metody, které byly pro práci použity. V druhé části je popsány současný stav skladování režijního materiálu, vybavení skladu, aplikace využívané ve skladu a procesy probíhající ve skladu náhradních dílů. V třetí části jsou zpracované návrhy pro zefektivnění procesu doplnění zásob, uskladnění režijního materiálu a procesu žádosti o materiál. Nakonec je vypracováno zhodnocení návrhů a určení pořadí zavádění jednotlivých návrhů za pomocí vícekriteriálního hodnocení variant.

Abstract:

Subject of this thesis deals with issues of storage spare parts and process in the warehouse. The author analyses current movement of processes, which takes place in the warehouse. The solution will be proposed for efficiency improvement of processes. The thesis separates into three parts. The first part is dedicated to the theoretic analysis of logistics, the logistics system, the stock, the storage and the information technology. The theoretic part is concluded of chapter which is called methods thesis. The methods, which author uses in the thesis, are described in this chapter. In the second part, the author describes current status of the storage of overhead material in the warehouse, the equipment of warehouse, the applications which are used in the warehouse and processes which take place in the warehouse. In the third part, the author makes proposals for the improvement process of addition stock, storage overhead material and process of request for goods. At the end, the author makes an evaluation proposal and uses multi criteria evaluation of variants select sequence of implementation individual proposal.
