Předmětem bakalářské práce „Systém odměňování v podniku Gatema a.s.“ je analýza metody odměňování v divizích konkrétní firmy a najít případné faktory, které působí na motivaci zaměstnanců. The subject of the Bachelor thesis „The reward system in the company Gatema jsc.“ is the analysis of the method of rewarding in divisions in this company and find possible factors, which can affect the motivation of employees.
