Requirements and skills for personality health social worker

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce s názvem Požadavky na osobnost a dovednosti zdravotně-sociálního pracovníka je teoreticko-výzkumnou prací. Teoretická část je členěná do pěti kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá historií zdravotně-sociální práce a poukazuje na složitost jejího vývoje. Druhá kapitola nás seznamuje se sociální prácí ve zdravotnictví a jejím cílem. Třetí a čtvrtá kapitola se věnuje analýze osobnosti zdravotně-sociálního pracovníka. Pátá kapitola zachycuje vzdělávání zdravotně-sociálních pracovníků. V této souvislosti je uveden bakalářský studijní obor Zdravotně-sociální pracovník. Výzkumná část bakalářské práce obsahuje výzkumné otázky a podrobný rozbor metodiky výzkumu popisující dotazníkovou metodu použitou ve vlastním dotazníkovém šetření. Práce je ukončena diskuzí nad výsledky šetření.

Abstract:

This Bachelor thesis is addresses the theme of Requirements of Personality and Skills of Health and Social Worker in theoretical research. The teoretical part is divided into five chapters. The first chapter deals with history of health and social work and indicates to the complexity of its development. The second chapter intoduces social work in health care and its goal. The third and the fourth chapter is devoted to the analysis of personality health social worker. The fifth chapter shows the training of health and social workers. In this context it´s given a bachelor´s field of study in Health and Social worker. The research part of my thesis contains research questions and detailed analysis of the research of metodology describing the questionnaire methods, which was used in own questionnaire. This work is completed by results of the investigation.
