Abstract:

Výzkum se opírá o kvalitativní přístup a je založen na kvalitativní analýze tzv. „focus groups“ – ohniskových skupin, které byly uskutečněny se studentkami navazujícího magisterského studia ošetřovatelské péče v gerontologii. Výzkum přináší reflexi povědomí o supervizi jako metodě mezi těmito studentkami a dále odhaluje mnohá zajímavá témata pro možné využití supervize v oblasti zdravotnictví a péče o seniorskou populaci. Poukazuje i na úskalí, se kterými se studentky jako již kvalifikované sestry ve své praxi se seniory setkávají.

The research is based on a qualitative approach and relies upon the qualitative analysis of focus groups which were implemented by the students of follow-up Master´s degree in nursing care in Gerontology. The research reflects the student´s awareness of supervision as a method and further unveils many more interesting themes for possible uses of supervision in this field. It also highlights the difficulties with which the students, already qualified as nurses in their practice with the elderly, meet in the context of the health service and care of the senior population.
