Tax Administration in Germany

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Daňová správa v Německu“ je analyzovat správu daní v Německu a mechanismy v ní působící. V první části bakalářské práce jsou uvedeny základní pojmy daňové teorie, v další části se zabývám českou a německou právní úpravou správy daní. V poslední části práce jsou uvedeny a charakterizovány orgány správy daní obou zemí a navrhnuta opatření pro využití v české daňové správě.

Abstract:

The subject of my bachelor thesis called „Tax administration in Germany“ is to analyze the tax administration in Germany and also the applied mechanisms. There are some basic definitions of tax theory introduced in the first part of the thesis. In the next part I deal with Czech and German legal regulations of tax administration. In the last part I mention and characterize the authorities of tax administration in both countries. At the conclusion I suggest some arrangements, that might be used in Czech tax administration.
