Human Rights, Social and Economical Rights in Crisis Time
Abstract:
The bachelor labour is dealing with human rights in the time of economic crisis. The first chapter is focused on theory of human rights and economic cycles. The second chapter analyses reasons of uprise economical crisis and progess of social policy. The third chapter brings the view on a social rights affected by economic crisis.
Abstract:
Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá ľudskými právami v období hospodárskej krízy. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na teoretické východiská ľudských práv a hospodárskeho cyklu. V druhej kapitole rozoberá príčiny vzniku hospodárskych kríz a vývoj sociálnej politiky. Tretia kapitola prináša pohľad na vplyv hospodárskej krízy na sociálne právo.
