Building constructions offices and their activities in the meaning of the new building legislation

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem mé práce je charakterizovat vlastní činnost stavebních úřadů, zamyslet se nad jejich funkcí v našem společenském systému, dalším možným vývojem a v ne-poslední řadě zdůraznit úlohu stavebních předpisů v mezinárodní strategii a soulad české legislativy s mezinárodními předpisy a právními akty Evropského společenství. Současně je cílem této práce nastínit vlastní činnost výkonné složky veřejného sta-vebního práva, kterou jsou nyní stavební úřady a zamyslet se nad otázkou nezbyt-nosti stavebních úřadů v našem společenském systému, jejich vztahu k občanům a dalším možným vývojem.

Abstract:

The purpose of my work is to characterize the main activity of the building offices, think about their purpose in our building society system , its further development and last, but not least to emphasize the importance of building rules and structures in relation to the international strategies and laws within the European Union. The goal of this study is also to outline the actual activity of the executive branch of public construction law, which is now represented by building offices, and to consider the necessity of building offices in our social system, their relation to citizens and possible future development.
