Effect of grain size on crystal growth in glassy As2Se3
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá studiem vlivu zrnitosti prášků na krystalizace ve sklovitém As2Se3. V teoretické části je popsán vznik skla, krystalizace, nukleace, rychlost a mechanismus růstu krystalů a metody sledování růstu krystalů. Experimentální část práce je zaměřena na mikroskopickém sledování růstu krystalů ve vzorcích o různé zrnitosti, které byly zahřívány rozdílnou rychlostí ohřevu.
Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor thesis is a study of effect of grain size on crystallization in glassy As2Se3. The glass formation, crystallization, nucleation, crystal growth rate, mechanism of crystallization and methods of research of crystallization are described in the theoretical part.
