Diplomová práce je zaměřena na způsoby zjištění obvyklé ceny nemovitostí s ohledem na územní vlivy. Začátek diplomové práce obsahuje stručný popis a způsoby zjištění obvyklé ceny. Vybrané oceněné nemovitosti zastupují rodinné domy a zemědělské pozemky, které spadají do katastrálního území Lochovic a Cerhovic v okrese Beroun. The thesis is focused on ways of finding a market value of real estate with regard to the territorial impacts. Start of the thesis contains a brief description and methods of finding the usual price.
