Abstract:

V této práci se autorka zabývá problematikou korupce a organizovaného zločinu. Tato trestná činnost je v moderním světě velmi rozšířena, a ačkoliv má různé formy a liší se kontinent od kontinentu, či stát od státu, lze ji považovat za globální problém po celém světě. Čtenáři je v teoretické části této práce přiblížena situace v České republice. Je zde popsán vývoj korupce jako organizovaného zločinu napříč českou historií. Je zřejmé, že celkové postupné vyspívání země, ekonomiky a techniky s sebou nese jistá úskalí. S celkovým vývojem společnosti jistě souvisí i samotný charakter organizovaného zločinu a korupce, který samozřejmě není v průběhu let konzistentní. S tímto tématem je čtenář seznámen, aby dostal komplexní informace a mohl si tak vytvořit obrázek o situaci na našem území. Pro demonstraci rozsahu této trestné činnosti a zmapování jednotlivých jejich forem je v teoretické části věnována kapitola mapě organizovaného zločinu na našem území. Praktická část bakalářské práce je věnována popisu velkých korupčních kauz v České republice a samotnému šetření, které si dává za cíl zjistit, jak toto podsvětí funguje. Značně rozsáhlé organizace, které se věnují korupci a organizovanému zločinu podle všeho totiž nebývají zpravidla vůbec odhaleny a jejich počínání tedy zůstává neobjasněno. Autorka se zde zabývá otázkou řešení této situace. Je skutečně nemožné adekvátně sankcionovat pachatele těchto trestných činností? Neboť z médií se nám nedostává uspokojivých informací o trestu za tyto činnosti. Na základě expertního šetření podává autorka vysvětlení a nastiňuje možná řešení problému, který s sebou korupce přináší.

Abstract:

In this thesis the author is concerned with the topic of corruption and organized crime. This crime is highly prevalent in the modern world and although its forms differ between continents and countries, it can still be considered as a global problem. In the theoretical part, the reader learns about the situation in the Czech Republic. It describes the development of corruption as an organized crime throughout the Czech history. It is evident that gradual development of the country, its economy and technology, brings about certain pitfalls. The overall character of organized crime and corruption, which of course changes with time, is related to the general development in society. Readers learn about this topic in order to have complex information and thus they will be able to picture the situation in this country. In the theoretical part, one chapter is dedicated to a map of organized crime in the Czech Republic, which demonstrates the scope of this crime and presents its various forms. The practical part of this bachelor's thesis describes big corruption scandals in the Czech Republic and includes an exploratory study, which aims at exploring the processes in this underworld. Extensive organizations, which engage in corruption and organized crime, are usually not exposed and their activities remain unclarified. The author hereby seeks a possible solution for this problem. Is it truly impossible to sanction the perpetrators of these crimes? Because from the media we get no satisfactory information about sanctions imposed for these activities. Based on an expert analysis, the author of this thesis gives an explanation and suggests possible solutions of the problem brought about by corruption.
