Abstract:
Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice etického nakupování, konkrétně vzniku mezery mezi záměrem a chováním (IBG) při nakupování BIO ovoce a zeleniny. Rešeršní část práce se zaměřuje na rozbor poznatků v oblasti etického nakupování, modelů spotřebního chování, a především klade důraz na faktory, které mají dle literatury vliv na vznik IBG. The diploma thesis focuses on the ethical purchasing, specifically the intention-behaviour gap (IBG) when buying organic fruits and vegeta-bles. The research part focuses on the analysis of knowledge in the field of ethical shopping, consumer behaviour models, and emphasizes the factors that literature defines as influential on the IBG.
