Abstract:
Tato práce je zaměřena na analýzu rozsudků bývalého Krajského soudu v Uherském Hradišti, které se týkají trestných činů spáchaných mezi příbuznými. Jedná se o zločin vraždy, vraždy dítěte a zabití. Sledované období je vymezeno lety 1898–1918. V práci je nejdříve uveden přehled vývoje trestního práva od doby osvícenství do novely trestního zákoníku v roce 1852. The basis of this employment is an analysis of judgments of the former Regional court Uherské Hradiště. The judgments relates to crimes committed between relatives. There are murders, new-born murders and killing, which happened in years 1898–1918.
