Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou telefonicky asistované neodkladné resuscitace poskytované u netraumatické zástavy oběhu. Konkrétně je soustředěna na nedostatky, kterých si operátoři u volajících na tísňovou linku všímají. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of dispatching life support for non-traumatic cardiac arrest victims. In particular, it focuses on shortcomings people make when calling 155 emergency. Based on these findings, an educational material was created with purpose of improving both quality of providing basic life support and communication between caller and call‒takers.
