Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské závěrečné práce je identifikovat efektivní organizační strukturu řízení, jakož i nabídnout poradenství firemní pobočky JSC "Rostelecom" pro zlepšení organizační struktury managementu. Zkoumá význam studie, stanovených cílů, jejich cíle a metody výzkumu, přehled literatury. Tato práce obsahuje informace o hlavních příčinách změn v organizační struktuře řízení podniku, návrh organizační struktury a samotná teorie a zlepšit koncepci organizačních struktur řízení. Jsme stanoví organizační problémy struktury řízení pobočky JSC "Rostelecom", Perm, nabízí aktivity pro zlepšení organizační strukturu podniku

Abstract:

The purpose of the bachelor final work is to identify effective organizational management structure, as well offer advice company branch of JSC "Rostelecom" for the improvement of organizational structure of management. It examines the relevance of the study, defined goals, objectives and methods of research, a review of the literature. This thesis contains information on the main causes of changes in the organizational structure of the enterprise management, the design of the organizational structure and the theory itself and improve the design of organizational structures of management. We establish the organizational problems of the branch management structure of JSC "Rostelecom", Perm, offers activities for improving the organizational structure of the enterprise..

Abstract:

Tsel bakalavrskoy vypusknoy raboty zaklyuchayetsya v opredelenii effektivnoy organizatsionnoy struktury upravleniya tak zhe predlozhit rekomendatsii kompanii filialu OAO Rostelekom dlya sovershenstvovaniya organizatsionnoy struktury upravleniya. Rassmatrivayet aktualnost issledovaniya opredelena tsel zadachi i metody issledovaniya proveden obzor literaturnykh istochnikov. V etoy balkarskoy soderzhitsya informatsiya o osnovnyye prichinakh izmeneniya organizatsionnoy struktury upravleniya predpriyatiyem, proyektirovaniye organizatsionnoy struktury i sama teoriya proyektirovaniya i sovershenstvovaniya organizatsionnykh struktur upravleniya predpriyatiyem. Ustanavlivayutsya problemy organizatsionnoy struktury upravleniya filiala OAO Rostelekom g. Perm predlagayutsya meropriyatiya dlya sovershenstvovaniya organizatsionnoy struktury predpriyatiya.
