Abstract:
In my diploma thesis, I have explored the position of ethnic minorities in the education system. The work describes the minority education systems of two countries: the United Kingdom and the Czech Republic. It investigates race equality of ethnic minority groups in education. The work is meant for those who are interested in minorities and their representation in the education system.
