Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce je elektronická zdravotnická dokumentace a její zavedení do provozu poskytovatele zdravotní péče. Téma je aktuální, neboť pokrok ve světě informačních technologií, který můžeme v posledním desetiletí sledovat, významně proniká také do oblasti zdravotnické evidence a dokumentace. Práce byla rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část diplomové práce se zabývá náležitostmi papírové dokumentace s postupným elektronizováním, zároveň je nastíněna i problematika ochrany dat společně s ochranou pacienta. Dále je zmíněný projekt e - pilulka, který zvyšuje bezpečí a kvalitu poskytované péče. Praktická část obsahuje výsledky výzkumu na II. Interní klinice a chirurgické klinice ve Fakultní nemocnici v Plzni, která je teprve na samotném začátku implementace elektronické zdravotní dokumentace.

Abstract:

The topic of this thesis is Electronic Health Documentation. The topic is relevant, because the progress in the world of information technology, that we can observe in the last decade, significantly transfers into the field of health records and documentation. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part concerns itself with the appropriate paper documentation with the gradual electronization, while simultaneously the problem of data and patient protection is foreshadowed. Also, the e - pill project is mentioned, which increases the security and quality of given care. The practical part contains the results of the research done at the II. Internal clinic and Surgical clinic at the University Hospital in Pilsen, which is at the beginning of the implementation of the electronical health documentation.
