Abstract:

Má bakalářská práce psaná na téma „Bankovní obchody“ se zpočátku zaměřuje na vývoj bankovnictví v České republice. Dále zmiňuji banky, jak se dělí, jaká jsou kritéria pro založení obchodní banky a jejich bilanci. V další části prezentuji Českou národní banku, její funkce a také popíši ochranné prvky bankovek. Poslední kapitola se zabývá bankovními obchody, které banky nabízejí a jak se dělí. Analyzuji poplatky za vedení běžného účtu u vybraných bank. Popisuji služby k běžným účtům, které banky nabízejí. Dále popisuji proces žádosti o hypotéku, jednotlivé kroky až k podpisu smlouvy.

Abstract:

My thesis written on the topic of "Banking Transactions" was initially focused on the development of banking in the Czech Republic. I mentioned the commercial banks, their division, what are the criteria for the establishment of banks and their balance. The next section presents the Czech National Bank, its functions and describes the security features of banknotes. The last chapter deals with banking transactions, which are offered by the Banks and how they are divided. I am also analyzing fees for checking account at selected banks. I describe services provided to checking accounts that banks offer. Further, I describe the process of applying for a mortgage, individual steps related to the a description of the contract.
