Abstract:
Scénickou hudbu ke hře Gerharta Hauptmanna Schluck und Jau komponoval Janáček na žádost ředitele berlínského Renesančního divadla Gustava Hartunga. Původní záměr, použít Janáčkův hudební doprovod při zahájení třetího ročníku Heidelberských slavností v roce 1928 se nemohl uskutečnit. Po Janáčkově neočekávaném úmrtí zůstal v pozůstalosti jen nedokončený autograf.
Abstract:
Scenic music to Gerhard Hauptmann play Schluck und Jau composed Janacek by request of Berlin Renaissance theatre director Gustav Hartung. Original plan to use Janacek’s music by occasion of opening Heidelberg fest in 1928 was impossible. After Janacek’s sudden death remained in his hereditament only unfinished autograph.
