Bakalářská práce se zabývá dovoleným omezení svobody pohybu zboží v rámci jednotného vnitřního trhu. Nejprve je v vymezen pojem zboží a zásada volného pohybu zboží. V další části práce jsou uvedeny překážky vedoucí k omezení pohybu. The bachelor´s thesis is focused on authorized restrictions of the free movement of goods on the Internal market. Firstly is delineated term of goods and principle of free movement of goods. In the next part of thesis are specified barriers leading to restriction of free movement.
