Predmetom bakalárskej práce je analýza toku hodnoty vybranej produktovej skupiny. V teoretickej časti sú zhrnuté kľúčové poznatky týkajúce sa lean managementu a jeho vybraných nástrojov, potrebné pre riešenie problému v praktickej časti.
