Diplomová práce se snaží zmapovat emocionální zátěž osob pečujících o starší rodinné příslušníky, zároveň hodnotí faktory ovlivňující emoce pečujících osob. V teoretické části práce popisuji syndrom vyhoření, který s emocionální zátěží pečovatelů úzce souvisí, problematiku vývoje rodiny a pečovatelství. This thesis attempts to map out the emotional burden of people taking care of elderly family members and to evaluate the factors effecting the emotions of the caregivers.
