Abstract:
Diplomová práce vychází z dříve získaného výsledku, že pozdně kvetoucí genotypy vykvétají i v přítomnosti inhibitoru kvetení FLC. K vymizení exprese nedochází ani po vernalizačním působení, přestože toto působení má na kvetení jednoznačně indukční vliv. This master´s thesis is coming-out from previously acquired results, as though late-flowering genotypes flower in the presence of inhibitor of flowering FLC. There is no change in expression after vernalization treatment, although this treatment demonstrably influences flowering.
