The role of a social worker socially-legal protection chilldren in substitute family care

Abstract:

má bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí, z části teoretické a aplikační. Práce se věnuje roli sociálního pracovníka sociálně-právní ochrany dětí v náhradní rodinné péči. Cílem bakalářské práce je přiblížit, analyzovat a popsat role a činnosti sociálního pracovníka sociálně-právání ochrany dětí konkrétně v náhradní rodinné péči. První kapitola seznamuje s pojmem rodina, jejím posláním a funkčností. Kapitola druhá vyjasňuje pojem sociální práce a kapitola třetí se zabývá rolí sociálních pracovníků. Kapitola čtvrtá - aplikační část je zpracována analýzou problému z praxe, konkrétně formou kazuistiky. Cílem aplikační části je analyzovat a popsat role a činnosti sociálního pracovníka orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí při práci s náhradní rodinnou péčí. Kromě analýzy dokumentů byl použit také expertní rozhovor, který byl užit jako doplňková technika.

Abstract:

My bachelor thesis consist of two parts, a theoretical and an application part. The work deals with the role of a social worker of social and legal protection of chilldren in substitute family care. The aim of the bachelorś thesis is to approach the roles and activities of a social worker, social and legal protection of chilldren, specifically in substitute family care. The first chapter introduces the concept of the family, its mission and functionality. The second chapter clarifies the concept of social work and the third chapter deals with the role of social workers. Chapter four - application part is processed by analysis of the problem from practice, specifically in the form of case studies. The aim of the application part is to describe and analyze the roles and activities of a social worker of the body of social and legal protection of chilldren in working with alternative family care. In addition to document analysis, an expert interview was also used, which was used as a complementary technique.
