Selection of construction machines for concrete works

Abstract:

V bakalářské práci se zabývám analýzou výběru nejlepší strojní sestavy pro zakládání stavby rodinného domu. Tato práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část se zabývá procesem výstavby základů rodinného domu od samostatného pozemku po zhotovení monolitické betonové desky. V tomto procesu dochází k zúčastnění několika strojů a mým úkolem v této části je určit ten nejvhodnější stroj pro danou práci. V aplikační části dochází už k určitému výběru stroje podle výrobců. Vždy vybírám mezi třemi výrobci jednoho typu stroje. Pomocí tabulek, do kterých zařazuji hodnoty jednotlivých strojů, dojdu pomocí výpočtu až k závěru, který stroj je nejlepší a ten poté vyberu do nejlepší strojní sestavy.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses onmechanical assembly selection processand attempts to find the most suitable equipment for laying family house foundations. The work consists of both theoretical and practical parts. At first, the theoretical section examines the procedures performed to lay the house foundations. It covers the entire progress from an empty building lot until the formation of a monolithic concrete slab. That is when several machinery comes in play and it is critical to select the best one for a given task within the construction process. In practice, each machine is choosen separatedly while variety of manufacturers are considered in the comprehensive review. For more accurate results, three different manufacturers of an identical machine are analyzed at the time. Each machine is then graded based on its applicability and the values are inserted into a structured table. The final mechanical assembly includes each group’s winner based on a careful review of the table inputs.
