Podnikatelský plán při založení podniku je důležitou součástí přípravné části podnikání. Pomáhá k utříbení myšlenek, vytyčení cílů, náčrtu možných postupů, zhodnocení rizik, ujasnění všech možností a nastínění více alternativních řešení.
