Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na získávání a výběr zaměstnanců v organizacích. Hlavním cílem práce je zanalyzovat systém získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve firmách. Teoretická část popisuje řízení lidských zdrojů a mnohem detailněji získávání a výběr zaměstnanců. Praktická část se zaměřuje na výzkum dvou zcela odlišných firem. První firma patří do veřejného sektoru, další do sektoru soukromého. …more

This bachelor thesis focuses on acquiring and selection of employees in companies. The main aim of the work is to analyze system of acquring and selection of employees in companies.
