Vliv procentuálního vyplnění plnící komory na přeplňování licí komory a homogenitu odlitku

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se v teoretické části zabývá definicí tlakového lití a zvolených podkapitol, které směřují k aplikační části. Ta se zaobírá experimentální metodou, která má za cíl zlepšit jakostní parametry vybraného odlitku. Zvolenými měřícími parametry byly zvoleny teplota taveniny, průběh vlny taveniny v plnící komoře a zachycení plynu v odlitku. K simulaci těchto parametrů byl použit numerický výpočetní program MAGMASOFT®, který tyto parametry nasimuloval dohromady pro šest soustav nastavení tlakového licího stroje s horizontální studenou komorou. Tyto získané informace se mezi sebou porovnaly komparační metodou a pomocí tabulek a grafů se vyhodnotilo nejvhodnější nastavení stroje. Jednalo se o změnu délky plnící komory, výšky tablety a objemy dávky taveniny, které vedly k procentuálnímu zaplnění plnící komory taveninou. Výsledky experimentu vyhodnotily, že je vhodnější možnost tlakového lití pro zvolený odlitek, a proto je možné výsledky diplomové práce použít v praktickém využití ve slévárenském průmyslu. V experimentu by se dalo pokračovat změnou výše uvedených parametrů.

Abstract:

The theoretical part of the diploma thesis deals with the definition of pressure casting and selected subsections that aim at the application part. The application part deals with an experimental method aimed at improving the quality parameters of a selected casting. The selected measurement parameters were the temperature of the melt, the waveform of the melt in the filling chamber and the gas capture in the casting. The numerical calculation program MAGMASOFT® was used to simulate these parameters for six sets of pressure casting machine configurations with a horizontal cold chamber. The obtained information was compared and evaluated using comparative methods, tables and graphs to determine the most suitable machine settings. This involved changing the length of the filling chamber, the height of the tablet and the volumes of the melt dosage which led to a percentage filling of the filling chamber with the melt. The results of the experiment concluded that the pressure casting option is more suitable for the selected casting and therefore the results of the diploma thesis can be used in practical applications in the foundry industry. The experiment could be continued by changing the aforementioned parameters.
