Abstract:

Téma bakalářské práce je voleno na základě trendu současné doby, kdy je zvýšená poptávka po nízkoenergeticky úsporných a ekologických domech. Teoretická část obsahuje základní rozdělení budov s nízkou energetickou náročností. V práci jsou uvedeny rozdíly mezi nízkoenergetickými, pasivními, nulovými nebo plusovými domy. Dále byla práce věnována přírodním obnovitelným stavebním materiálům rostlinného původu, které jsou srovnatelné se současnými používanými materiály, jejichž výroba je ekologicky náročná. Hlavním záměrem této práce je využití přírodních materiálů v objektech z hlediska tepelně izolačních materiálů. Aplikační část je pojata z návrhu architektonické studie s exteriérovým vyobrazením a projektové dokumentace pro stavební povolení. Obsahem projektové dokumentace jsou posouzení stavebních konstrukcí na prostup tepla a posouzení celkové energetické náročnosti budovy. Výsledkem aplikační části je návrh rodinného domu s využitím úsporných přírodních materiálů.

Abstract:

The topic of the bachelor thesis has been chosen based on the current trend of increased demand for low-energy and ecological houses. The theoretical part contains the basic division of buildings with low energy intensity. There are also mentioned the differences between low-energy, passive, zero, or plus houses. Furthermore, the bachelor thesis was devoted to natural renewable building materials of plant origin. These materials are comparable to the commonly used materials, for which production is environmentally demanding. The main purpose of this bachelor thesis is the usage of natural materials in buildings in terms of thermal insulation materials. The application part conceived the design of an architectural study with an exterior image and project documentation for a building permit. The project documentation consists of an assessment of the building structures for heat transfer and a review of the overall energy performance of the building. The outcome of the application part is a design of the family house using economical natural materials.
