Abstract:
Předmětem této bakalářská práce je analýza stávající zásobovací logistiky společnosti Espiroflex Czech, s.r.o. První část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na teoretická východiska z oblasti zásobovací logistiky. V druhé části jsou na základě teoretických poznatků navržena řešení s ohledem na snížení nákladů spojených se zásobami.
Abstract:
The object of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the existing supply chain logistics of the Espiroflex Czech, s.r.o. company. The first part of the bachelor thesis is focused on the theoretical basis in the field of the supply chain logistics. In the second part of the bachelor thesis there are designed solutions based on theoretical knowledge with regard to reducing the costs related to supplies.
