Injured as a Victim of Violent Crime
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou osob, které se staly obětí násilného trestného činu. První část se zaměřuje na teoretickou stránku, tedy viktimologický pohled na oběť a specifikaci násilného trestného činu. Ve druhé části jsou nastíněny možnosti pomoci obětem a postavení oběti - poškozeného v trestním řízení.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis deals with the problems of people who have been victims of violent crime. The first part of this thesis focuses on theoretical aspects of victimology, especially view to the victim through the prisma of victimology and detail specifications of violent crime. The second part outlines options of helping victims and status of the victim as the damaged in criminal proceedings.
