Surrender between Member States of EU - European Arrest Warrant
Abstract:
Tématem bakalářské práce bylo zhodnotit předávání osob mezi členskými státy Evropské unie (dále jen "členské státy"). Účelem a cílem bakalářské práce bylo posouzení, zda skutečně předáváním osob mezi členskými státy na základě evropského zatýkacího rozkazu dochází k naplnění jeho myšlenky a účelu, aby hranice mezi členskými státy nebyly ostnatou překážkou prosazení práva a zájmů společnosti.
Abstract:
The theme of my bachelor work is the European Arrest Warrant and handing over of persons among European Union member countries. The aim of the work is to introduce the origin and development of this kind of the judicial cooperation in criminal cases and especially the implementation of the General Decision on the European Arrest Warrant into the Czech law and the problems connected with it.
