Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem motivace, hodnocení a odměňování zaměstnanců ve středně velké firmě – Nera Displays s.r.o. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny všeobecné poznatky z oblasti motivace, hodnocení a odměňování. Na počátku praktické části je představena samotná výrobní společnost Nera Displays. V pokročilejší pasáži praktické části je pomocí dotazníkového šetření a strukturovaných rozhovorů zhodnoceno, jak vnímají momentálně nastavený systém motivace, hodnocení a odměňování ve firmě zaměstnanci a vedení firmy. V návrhové části práce jsou představeny možnosti, jak zlepšit fungování výše zmíněných systémů.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of motivation, evaluation and remuneration of employees in a medium-sized company - Nera Displays s.r.o. In the theoretical part, general findings from the field of motivation, evaluation and remuneration are presented. At the beginning of the practical part, the production company Nera displays is introduced. In the further passage of the practical part, a questionnaire survey and structured interviews are used to evaluate how employees and company management perceive the currently set system of motivation, evaluation and remuneration in the company. In the proposal part of the work, the possibilities for improving the functioning of the current systems are presented.
