Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je popsat a zhodnotit stav skladování ve vybrané společnosti a na základě výsledků doporučit komplexní řešení, která povedou k optimalizaci nákladů, případně budou reflektovat růst společnosti. Pomocí několika obecných ale i odborných analýz je posouzen současný stav nastavení procesů skladovací logistiky. Na základě analýz současného stavu a předpokladu rostoucí potřeby skladování je součástí návrhu stavba nového skladu. Pomocí metod operačního výzkumu, za využití sítové analýzy a pomocí metody CPM je určená doba trvaní projektu včetně kritické cesty. Klíčové zjištění při analýze kapacitních nároků na skladování bylo, že kapacita nového skladu při předpokládaném růstu přestane stačit potřebám společnosti. Logistika skladu je navržena pomocí metody rozdělení ABC za využití Paretova pravidla a to z několika možných pohledů (četnost objednávek, množství objednávaného zboží a nároku na celkovou kapacitu skladu). Toto uspořádání skladu bere v úvahu minimalizaci nákladů na manipulaci s logistickými jednotkami. Součástí návrhu je rozdělení do zón podle druhu materiálu a orientační systém skladu. V souhrnu opatření a návrhů jsou stěžejní tři základní návrhy, které mají za úkol vyřešit další slabá místa, které analýzy odkryly.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to describe and assess warehousing conditions in a particular company and based on the outcomes, to recommend comprehensive solutions that will result in cost optimisation, or, they will reflect the company’s growth. A current status of setting storage logistics processes has been assessed, using several general, as well as expert analyses. Based on the current state analyses and provided further growing storage needs, a construction of a new warehouse is a part of the proposal. The project duration, including the critical path, has been determined using the methods of operational research, the sieve analysis, as well as the CPM method. When analysing the capacity demands on warehousing, the key finding was that the capacity of the new warehouse with the expected growth will be insufficient to meet the company needs. Warehouse logistics has been designed using the ABC method of allocation and the Pareto rule from several possible perspectives (frequency of orders, quantity of ordered goods and overall warehouse capacity requirements). This warehouse arrangement takes into consideration minimising the costs of handling logistic units. Orientation system of the warehouse and its dividing into zones, is also a part of the proposal. Three essential measures are included in the package of proposals and arrangements, which aim to resolve other vulnerabilities uncovered by the analyses
