Electron microscopy for a secondary school education
Abstract:
V bakalářské práci se věnujeme elektronové mikroskopii, zabýváme se její historií, principy elektronových mikroskopů a v neposlední řadě využitím těchto přístrojů. Práce obsahuje velké množství příkladů pro středoškolské studenty. Příklady je možné aplikovat ve výuce na střední škole. Součástí práce byla konkrétní měření, jejichž výsledky jsou v práci uvedeny.
Abstract:
In this thesis we study electron microscopy, we deal with its history, principles of electron microscopes and finally the use of these devices. Thesis includes a large number of examples for high school students. Examples can be applied in teaching at the secondary school. Part of this work were particular measurements, the results are included in the thesis.
