Sub-aspects of employability of people over the age of fifty

Abstract:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce jsou dílčí aspekty zaměstnatelnosti osob starších 50 let. Tato práce má teoreticko-empirický charakter a zabývá se vybranými aspekty stárnutí a jejich vlivem na další vzdělávání a na zaměstnatelnost dospělých starších 50 let. První kapitola práce se, s ohledem na uvedené téma, věnuje demografickému stárnutí Současně se však daná práce zaměří i na biologické, psychologické a sociální aspekty individuálního stárnutí a na jejich dopady na kvalitu života jedince. Druhá kapitola této práce patří společenskému postavení a práci lidí v pozdním produktivním věku. Práce také vysvětluje pojem Age managment, který je jedním z nástrojů zaměstnatelnosti osob v pozdním produktivním věku. Dále se druhá kapitola této práce věnuje významu práce pro člověka; a to jak po stránce ekonomické, tak i po stránce sociální. Práce věnuje pozornost i pojmům motivace, bariéry či aspirace. Druhá kapitola práce představí také pojem nezaměstnanost. Pozornost je zaměřena na její formy i na možný dopad nezaměstnanosti na osoby v pozdním produktivním věku. Předkládaná práce je vyústěním studia andragogiky. Proto bude třetí kapitola této práce věnována andragogickým východiskům daného tématu. Budou vysvětleny základní andragogické pojmy: edukace, výchova, péče, vzdělávání dospělých, učení se. Dále se třetí kapitola této práce věnuje pojmu celoživotní vzdělávání a možnostem dalšího vzdělávání osob v pozdním produktivním věku. Cílem empirické části této práce je nahlédnout na dílčí aspekty zaměstnatelnosti prostřednictvím samotných uchazečů o zaměstnání. Dílčí cíle daného průzkumného šetření pak budou zkoumat motivy, bariéry a možnosti dalšího vzdělávání nezaměstnaných osob v pozdním produktivním věku. Předmětné průzkumné šetření má kvalitativní design a jeho respondenty budou čtyři ženy, které jsou ohroženy dlouhodobou nezaměstnaností. Sběr průzkumných dat bude proveden metodou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a metodou Life story. Průzkumná data budou analyzována interpretativní fenomenologickou analýzou (IPA). Témata zvolená na základě zmíněné analýzy, budou představena formou témat a budou legitimizována odpověďmi respondentů tohoto šetření. Odpovědi respondentů jsou v práci uvedeny kurzívou. Následně budou vlastní průzkumná data diskutována s daty obecně uznávanými. Průzkum bude doplněn o reflexe průzkumníka. Ty budou mít podobu textu v barevném poli. V závěru práce nabídne průzkumník reflexi přípravy průzkumu i této práce a uvede doporučení pro edukační praxi.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor thesis are partial aspects of employability of persons over 50 years. This work is of theoretical and empirical nature and deals with selected aspects of aging and their influence on the further education and employability of adults over 50 years of age. The first chapter deals with demographic aging and this work also deals with biological, psychological and social aspects of individual aging and their impact on the quality of life of an individual. The second chapter of this work is devoted to the social status and work of people of late working age. The thesis also explains the concept of age management, which is one of the tools of employability of people of late working age. Furthermore, the second chapter of this work deals with the importance of work for humans; both economically and socially. The thesis also pays attention to the concepts of motivation, barrier or aspiration. The second chapter also deals with the concept of unemployment. Attention is focused on its forms and on the possible impact of unemployment on people of late working age. The presented work is the result of the study of Andragogy. Therefore, the third chapter of this work will be devoted to the andragogical background of the topic. Basic andragogical terms will be explained: education, education, care, adult education, learning. Furthermore, the third chapter of this work deals with the concept of lifelong learning and opportunities for further education of people of late working age. The aim of the empirical part of this thesis is to look at particular aspects of employability through job seekers themselves. Partial objectives of the survey will examine the motives, barriers and possibilities of further education of unemployed people of late working age. The survey has qualitative design and four respondents will be at risk of long-term unemployment. Survey data will be collected using semi-structured interviews and Life Story. Survey data will be analyzed by interpretative phenomenological analysis (IPA). Topics selected on the basis of the above-mentioned analysis will be presented in the form of topics and will be legitimized by the respondents of this survey. Respondents' answers are in italics. Subsequently, the actual survey data will be discussed with generally accepted data. The survey will be complemented by a reflection of the explorer. These will take the form of text in color field. At the end of the work, the explorer will offer a reflection on the preparation of this work and provide recommendations for educational practice.
