Sale of an enterprise from an individual to a corporation in terms of accounting and taxing
Abstract:
Práce pojednává o převedení podniku fyzické osoby na právnickou osobu, formou prodeje podniku. V jednotlivých kapitolách jsou podrobně popsány potřebné kroky a výpočty, z účetního a daňového hlediska, ze strany prodávajícího a kupujícího a to vše aby bylo v souladu s platnými zákony a vyhláškami.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis discusses the assignation of an individual on a corporation in form of sale of a business establishment. In individual chapters are described in details necessary steps and calculations in terms of accounting and taxes, on the part of vendor and vendee, and that all to be in consistency with significant laws and public notices.
