Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku okružních jízd a pomocí aplikace metod operačního výzkumu na daný problém zjišťuje, zda lze optimalizovat trasy vybrané zásilkové společnosti. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části – teoretickou a aplikační. V teoretické části, konkrétně v literární rešerši, jsou vymezeny základní pojmy jako logistika, doprava, operační výzkum a okružní dopravní problém. Část aplikační obsahuje analýzu řešení optimalizace, ke které byly aplikovány dvě metody – modifikovaná Vogelova aproximační metoda a Clarke-Wrightova metoda. Aplikací Clarke-Wrightovy metody se zjistilo, že se žádná z tras neoptimalizuje. Pomocí Vogelovy aproximační metody se podařilo optimalizovat trasy, díky čemuž došlo ke snížení ujetých kilometrů a nákladů na pohonné hmoty. Závěrem práce je srovnání současného stavu s výsledky optimalizačních metod a ekonomické vyhodnocení optimalizovaných tras.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on the vehicle routing problem and with the help of operational analysis methods focused on the given problem the thesis aims to optimize mail order service routes. The thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and application. In the theoretical part, namely in the literary research, there are defined the basic terms such as logistics, transport, operational analysis and vehicle routing problem. The application part includes the analysis of optimization solution, for which were used two methods – modified Vogel’s approximation method and Clarke-Wright method. Using the Clarke-Wright method was discovered that none of the routes can be optimized. By the means of modified Vogel’s approximation method were optimized both routes, thanks to it the number of kilometres travelled and fuel costs were lowered. The conclusion of the thesis relates to the comparison of current situation with optimization method results and the optimized routes are also economically evaluated.
