V této práci je prozkoumána činnost komerční banky na trhu cenných papírů a základní druhy bankovních operací na něm. V práci se autor dotýká dalších problémů : vytváření a rozvoj ukrajinského fondového trhu, podstata bankovních operací a úloha komerčních bank v rozvoji finančního trhu.
